TangoWiki uses the independent site statistics and analytics tool called Piwik.

Why is Piwik a better solution than other analytics systems?
- Piwik is Open Source software.
- It is storing data not in the cloud, instead only on our server.
- Piwik is not collecting any personal data by default.
- Piwik respects your privacy: It is accepting the „do-not-track“ feature of users by default.
Other privacy issues
- TangoWiki does not use Google Analytics.
