With this form you will create a new page about a Tango DJ (TJ).

Enter here the TJ name (artist name without "TJ", "DJ" etc.):

First check in the TJ category, whether the Tango DJ has already been entered (maybe under a different/similar name).
You need to be registered and logged in to be able to save the information.
Check out the TJ form help page in the user manual, whenever you need help with the form.

If there already exists a page with this name, you will be directed to edit the filled-out form. After saving, the page can be edited any time via the tab "Edit with form".

Developers: This form fills the Template:Infobox TJ. All corresponding pages are in the TJ form category.
